The Bradford Teaching Talent Bank is for newly qualified or recently qualified teachers who want to work in a Bradford primary school.
It enables you to meet headteachers and senior leaders before formal job application processes begin. It is also a great way to practice your job application and interview technique with real school leaders.
This is how it works.

The Talent Bank accepts applications on a rolling basis. Interviews are held in venues across Bradford and on various dates between 1st March to 30th June. We will contact you to arrange a suitable date.
The sooner you apply, the sooner we will invite you for the initial interview.
Applications are accepted up to 15 June 2018.
Complete the application form and write a personal statement about why you want to work in Bradford. Your statement should be no more than two sides of A4 in at least 11 point text. Use the generic job description and person specification to structure your application.
Send your application to: firstname.lastname@example.org
Applicants will be interviewed by a panel of Bradford primary headteachers or senior leaders. Every applicant will receive feedback on their application and interview technique to help them improve.
Successful applicants will be asked to join our Talent Bank. Schools with teaching posts available contact the bank and receive details of suitable candidates. Schools contact candidates and invite them to visit their school. Usual open recruitment processes are then followed.
The Talent Bank does not employ candidates, nor can it guarantee a post in a Bradford school. But we can share your details with recruiting schools and help you to be your best at interview.
