4.00pm to 5.00pm

Are you interested in working in a warm, welcoming and friendly Secondary School that is totally focused on achieving the best possible quality of education and outcomes for its pupils.? Do you want to work within a Trust that recognises its staff as its greatest asset and which offers high quality development opportunities?

Why not attend our virtual BDAT Secondary School Recruitment Fair on the 16th March at 4.00pm where you can hear more about what it is like to work within the Trust at one of our secondary schools. The evening will include the opportunity to hear from the Head Teachers from all our Secondary Schools as well as from staff from the central team of the Trust.

As a Trust, we are committed to providing high quality education for all the students within our schools through collaboration, challenge and targeted support and recognise that staff are our greatest resource.

Our pledge is to ensure that every pupil in a BDAT academy receives a happy high-quality education, enabling his or her competence, confidence and character to thrive. Together we aim to teach and develop the students of today to become lifelong learners of tomorrow and beyond.

“My time as an NQT within BDAT has been an enjoyable learning experience. I would recommend working in a BDAT school because the school-to-school support has been invaluable. I have learnt so much from visiting other schools and observing outstanding practitioners”
