The quality of our schools is determined by the quality of our teachers. That means there is nothing more important than making sure that our best teachers feel well supported and motivated to continue in their jobs.

This strategic summit is for school leaders and HR leads. It will explore the evidence around teacher retention to help school leaders create or refine their own teacher retention strategy, to keep more high quality teachers in the profession for longer.

With inputs from: Professor Sam Twiselton (Director, Sheffield Institute of Education); Jack Worth (Lead Economist at the National Foundation for Educational Research); Dr Rob Loe (Director, Relational Schools Foundation, Cambridge); Melanie Renowden (Interim CEO, Ambition Institute).
