Maths: Teaching for Mastery Conference 2019, Bradford College
As part of a CPD programme for NQTs and RQTs, Bradford College are holding a mini conference at Lister Building, Bradford College, BD7 1AY, on Wednesday 10 July 2019.
The focus of the conference is ‘The Principles of Teaching for Mastery in Mathematics, focusing on Procedural Variation and Fluency’. Vicky Lunniss, our Primary maths lead, will deliver the session.
The agenda for the evening is below:
- Catch up and refreshments in the ground floor café in Lister Building 4.00pm to 4.30pm
- The Principles of Teaching for Mastery in Mathematics,
Focusing on Procedural Variation and Fluency 4.30pm to 6.00pm - Opportunity for questions 6.00pm to 6.15pm
This is an excellent opportunity to receive up to date information in relation to the teaching and learning of mathematics, whilst reconnecting and sharing knowledge and experience as part of your ongoing CPD. Please feel free to bring any other NQTs/RQTs that may be interested in this event along with you.
You have the opportunity to catch up with each other before the conference over refreshments.
On arrival at Lister Building, please report to the Reception desk on the ground floor and you will be directed to the relevant room.
